When it comes to breaking down in tears, House Speaker John Boehner is does it more often than anyone else in politics.
On Thursday night's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" Kimmel celebrated the teary-eyed Republican. He even suggested that Boehner's tan, along with his smoking, drinking and crying habits, make him more apt to serve as Speaker of the "Jersey Shore" house instead.

We don't normally care to poke fun at folks but this one is one for the record:) It is a good thing this guy feels comfortable crying. But so often?? Maybe some of it has to do with the fact that he has tried to repeal Obamacare 31 times or that he can't seem to take care of the top 1% as easily as he would like; or that the Tea party is really in charge not him- who knows. But what we do know is that his legacy aside from being the Speaker that most cries is that of the leader of the most Obstructionist Congress in time. He will not move legislation on the jobs bill; on Bush tax cuts that both his party and the Dems agree with to care for the middle class and small business. He can't leave Obamacare alone and think maybe to just improve it since many Americans actually like many of its specific provisions. No, he rather lead obstruction after obstuction in the hopes it will make Obama loose the election so Mitt the say-whatever-it takes to get elected can run the country like he has run Bain - the early pioneer in outsourcing.
